How it started

We defined our mission and vision based on our inspirations, experience and values.

There are many ways to describe Cerberus (Latin writing), but the consensus is that Cerberus is a multi-headed dog that guards the gates of Hades (the underworld in Greek mythology). It did not impede access to it but rather prevented anyone from leaving the underworld.

 

Inspired by this mythological creature and our professional journey, we developed a rule-based monitoring platform. The platform is a solution that allows the Compliance department to be a guardian of the financial markets.

 

During the development we found that the solution can also guard other areas, especially those that have gatekeeper functions and we aim to be a key partner to all lines of defense.

Cerberus was founded by three partners who have known each other for years and have worked together at other companies. We used all our experience to develop a cutting-edge monitoring solution that shifts the current paradigm.

 

During our careers we had the opportunity to work in different financial institutions and in different areas which allows us to understand the importance of technology in gaining efficiency and scale as well as achieving extraordinary results. We want to share this experience with our customers.

 

Each founder represents one of Cerberus' heads and, together, we are an integrated and multidimensional team like our monitoring platform. We are eager to continue improving Cerberus and delivering a great user experience.
